Frequently asked questions.
The shipping is FREE on all orders, due to this, our delivery time is 20 to 35 days for all the countries, except for the USA, which is 3 to 14 days (storage warehouses available in the USA).

- I have a technical issue on your site or can't place an order because of an error.
Please try on a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari) or try again in a few hours.
- I only received part of my order in the mail. Where are the other items?
We ship from different suppliers around the world so your order, if you purchased several items, will probably arrive in different packages. Please have patience, the rest of your order will arrive soon.
- Do you use a safe payment method?
We use Stripe and Paypal, leading international payment providers, to process all purchases. We don´t have access to customer's personal data. All data is processed encrypted via Stripe or Paypal.
- My order arrived broken
Occasionally the items can get damaged during the shipment. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll solve the problem and resend it to you or provide you with a refund.
- Do you do exchanges?
Our store don't currently do size exchanges since our suppliers are based all over the world and we don't have a storefront. We are working to build out a system where our customers can do exchanges soon.
